Live data is provided by National Rail Enquiries, Transport for London, Google Maps and other providers of local public transport data.

A real-time A to B journey planner, fed from National Rail Enquiries (NRE), with customisable outward journey times. Includes platform numbers, interchange notes, multimodal travel possibilities and comprehensive service details.
Full or summarised live departure and arrival boards, including real-time calling patterns for every service. Advanced options include buffering, for departures too far away from the terminal, and countdown displays.
Anything from static onward travel posters to live and interactive local travel feeds can be utilised. Paired with interactive maps, users are able to navigate around the local area and decide which travel option best suits their needs.
Compiled from Network Rail’s Integrated Train Planning System (ITPS), with fully searchable contextual timetable data. This can supplant the need for cumbersome A-Z timetable posters, freeing up valuable poster space in your stations.
A live list of disruptions currently affecting journeys across your network, fed from NRE and fully-editable from the Content Management System. Larger stations can include disruptions from other relevant TOCs.

Large format interactive maps including TOC network, local area and even internal station maps. These are gesture-driven, much like a smartphone interface, to ensure a familiar user experience.

Railpoint’s CMS allows staff to override screens with important messaging during times of disruption to normal service, providing a quick and effective alternative to the delay and expense of traditional printing. Posters can be created from a catalogue of templates or uploaded using the simple media manager tool.
There may be times when nationally publicised disruption information is out of date or not specific enough to your locale. During these times you can add your own bespoke disruptions, planned or unplanned, and disable those coming in from NRE.
Car parking tariffs often change throughout the year, and this isn’t always communicated to NRE when it should be. The interim solution is to change this information yourself in the CMS.

The CMS is also home to a dedicated support section, in which users are able to report technical faults and suggest potential feature or improvements.
